Loving God, Loving Neighbor: Doing Theology With Youth

The youth ministry curriculum resources in this section are based on youTheology's one-year program with high school youth. The themes and sub-themes are the ones we use. These resources have been developed by Dr Sondra Matthaei using the materials that youTheology staff, members of Saint Paul Faculty and Staff, as well as members of the wider community have presented over the course of one year. In all, there are eight units pertaining to our theme: Love God, Love Neighbor. They are available below for download and can be used all together or separately. We trust that as you use these resources, this will be a rewarding, fun, and enriching experience as you explore them with your youth groups and in other arenas. Use as you see fit.

Each high school student on the program (youTheologian) has a mentor who accompanies them on the
one-year youTheology journey. We provide training and ongoing support for mentors. Click here for the mentoring guide.
